By using Plan Quest, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our application.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Plan Quest for personal and business purposes, subject to these Terms and any additional restrictions in your subscription plan.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use Plan Quest in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use our application to engage in any illegal or unethical activities, or to infringe upon the rights of others.
All content, features, and functionality of Plan Quest, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Human Quest LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Your use of Plan Quest is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You consent to our collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in that policy.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Plan Quest (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to Plan Quest immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the application will immediately cease.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Human Quest LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use or inability to use Plan Quest; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the application; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our application.
Plan Quest is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Plan Quest shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Plan Quest after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
